The Siemens Technology Complex in Beeston, Nottinghamshire is a 51 acre (20 hectare) site which provides 850,000 sq ft of industrial buildings together with an additional 9 acre sports field.
MCD executive team worked alongside ING Real Estate Development on a comprehensive mixed-use master plan for the redevelopment of the site which incorporates a Business Park, offices, research and development.
