Edgbaston Cricket Ground: New Commercial Stadium : Completed
MCD executive team were selected by Warwickshire County Cricket Club as their preferred development partner in Autumn 2008. To masterplan the entire site and secure detailed planning consent. The master plan included the deliver a new cricket pavilion and media centre, along with market planning and delivery elements of the residential mixed use scheme. MCD executive team completed the construction of the facilities, then housing in 2012/2014.
