Derwent Foundry, Birmingham
MCD completed this scheme in 2012/13
Derwent Foundry is situated just off the historic St Paul’s Square in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and is a testament to the Victorian Era when many industrial buildings were of architectural significance.
MCD has now completed their involvement with this scheme, having completed construction in 2011.
Earlsdon Park Coventry
MCD completed this scheme in 2014/2016
This significant scheme will be formed around the existing neo classical college building, dating back to 1935, which will be restored to include offices, restaurants, bars and cafes all surrounding the stunning art deco theatre which sits in the heart of the scheme.
MCD has now completed their involvement with this scheme in 2014/2016.
