Astle Park retail outlet is a £25 million retail and leisure scheme located in the heart of West Bromwich.  The 6 acre site, which enjoys a high profile position fronting the High Street, provides 140,000 sq ft (13,020 sq m) of facilities and 15,000 sq ft (1,395 sq m) of offices, combining retail warehousing with contemporary bars and restaurants – all within a mile of the motorway network.

The scheme was the first stage of a £200m regeneration programme for West Bromwich anchored by a Tesco Extra  which will secure the town’s position as one of the leading centres in the Black Country fulfilling 21st Century retailing requirements.

Astle Park retail outlet has provided a vibrant new focus to the town centre with a mix of retail, leisure, bar, restaurant and financial service uses.  The development has in excess of 300 surface car parking and provides a secure, clean and well lit environment for customers.
