I am very proud of the executive teams achievements in spite of the difficult challenges posed by the ever changing economic climate. MCD have recently been involved in advising parts of the Icelandic government on tourist projects, with the view of master planning and becoming the executive development on a major £1bn plus tourist project c 34 km outside of Reykjavik. MCD are also involved in developing major new Retirement community facilities, re purposing urban offices and retail units. We are also pleased to be venturing into Green Energy with BESS facilitation.
Historically, MCD has now completed it’s executive involvement at Warwickshire County Cricket Ground.
MCD executive team have recently completed phase one of the redevelopment of a second major cricket ground, namely The Ford County Ground at Chelmsford in Essex which comprises housing, retail, and leisure as well as new cricket facilities. MCD have now completed their involvement at the Eclipse Tower, a residential development of 76 apartments, at the heart of the multi -million pound Cabot Circus shopping centre in Bristol. The MCD team look forward to continuing our objective of creating quality projects which require imaginative solutions to deliver commercial rewards and substantial economic and community benefits
