Derwent Foundry and Brindley House, by MCD Developments, are a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and penthouses priced from £145,000 to £325,000.

Already over 75% of the properties have been sold at Derwent Foundry, which has been converted into 98 one and two bedroom apartments and is located just off St Paul's Square in the Jewellery Quarter.

The Grade II listed building was formerly home to Taylor & Challen - manufacturers of presses for the minting of coins and many original features have been retained in each of the apartments across its three floors.
