MCD is a privately owned development and investment company founded in 1996. We specialise in mixed use regeneration projects across the UK’s major towns and cities and create bespoke solutions to maximise value through place making and an attention to quality.

The schemes that have been delivered or have planning consent represent a gross value of over £600m made up of over 1,880 residential units, 1.6 million sq ft of offices and 277,000 sq ft of retail. The management team prides itself on the approach taken to value maximisation through problem solving and lateral thinking.

MCD has spent the last 2 years securing opportunities (often off market) and adding value through the planning process. We now control with planning consent major mixed use schemes at Edgbaston County Cricket Ground, Essex County Cricket Ground, Earlsdon Park Coventry.
