The Chamberlain Building development offered the opportunity to deliver new commercial and retail uses in a prime location in the Jewellery Quarter. This is in line with the planning policy and the Jewellery Quarter Strategic Plan which discourages residential and encourages employment related uses within this diverse and historic area.
Located on Frederick Street, Chamberlain Building is only a short walk from the city centre and boasts many acclaimed restaurants in the nearby vicinity.
The scheme incorporated 6,500 sq ft of retail space, some of which has now been acquired by Tesco Express bringing further resources into the Jewellery Quarter for local businesses, as well as 10,000 sq ft of office space with 24 secure car parking spaces at the rear.
