Our History

MCD is a privately owned property and investment company specialising in mixed use regeneration. Established in 1996 MCD was at the forefront of Birmingham's dramatic renaisance. We have gone on to complete commercial and residential schemes accross the region and beyond. Our product is still considered to be market leading even where it was completed many years ago.

Frustrated by the experience of external managing agents MCD took this function in house with the property that we hold as an investment and as a result have set new levels for efficiency and yield growth.
