EDGBASTON SQUARE

2012 heralds the start on site, for the 79 three and four bedroom houses that will form part of Edgbaston Square. The iconic Warwickshire County Cricket Club forms the boundary of this prestigious and innovative development from MCD.

ECLIPSE LUXURY APARTMENTS

Eclipse offers a unique opportunity for skyline living in the centre of Bristol. The development features 76 individually designed apartments across fifteen floors, from state of the art one bedroom apartments to three bedroom duplex penthouses.

BRINDLEY HOUSE, BIRMINGHAM

This transformation saw the building refurbished inside and out to create 182 apartments, offering innovative design and luxury specification, being created across 17 floors – the top two of which have been added to the existing building for penthouses with spectacular city views.

I am very proud of the company’s achievements in spite of the difficult challenges posed by the current economic climate. With the first Phase of Warwickshire County Cricket Ground development at Edgbaston complete, MCD are commencing the second Phase comprising offices, leisure, retail and housing. MCD are also involved in the redevelopment of a second major cricket ground, namely The Ford County Ground at Chelmsford in Essex which comprises housing, retail, and leisure as well as new cricket facilities. We are also on site at The Eclipse Tower, a residential development of 76 apartments, at the heart of the multi -million pound Cabot Circus shopping centre in Bristol. We look forward to continuing our objective of creating quality projects which require imaginative solutions to deliver commercial rewards and substantial economic and community benefits.
